Come out to the Yeti Chocolate workshop and learn how to make caramels!

Class will include how to cook caramel, the different styles of cooking caramel, helpful hints to properly cook caramel. You will get a hands on dipping and enrobing session that includes 12 caramels that you get to take home with you at the end of class. A great opportunity to learn to make your own caramels that you can impress your friends and family with!

Bring an apron and an eagerness to learn about caramel!

Cost covers all materials, supplies & instruction.
