To all our fans - Yeti Chocolates is closed after a wonderful 7.5 years in business.

This may come as a shock to many, but the rumors are true, Yeti Chocolates closed at the end of June. This was not an easy decision, and there are a multitude of reasons why, but at the end of the day, owner Willow Merritt decided she needed to step away from the business and focus on herself. We are so grateful for all of your support throughout these 7+ years! Thank you for visiting our website and have a great day!

Yeti Chocolates

Founder - Willow Merritt

Willow came up with the idea of Yeti Chocolates in 2006. Classically trained in French patisserie, Willow discovered she loved the creative challenges of working with chocolate. Using the foundational skills acquired in her formal training, she delved into becoming a chocolatier. Countless chocolate experiments in her home kitchen, late night binge-reading culinary threads online, and numerous book orders later, Willow was determined to hone her skills to produce quality, artisan chocolate.

Yeti Chocolates finally became a reality for Willow as an established business in 2018.

Over eighteen years later, Willow is proud to be headed into her 7th year as a business owner & chocolatier of Yeti Chocolates. As she moves forward, one thing remains constant on her mind: 

“I am not the master, chocolate is the master”
