Yeti Chocolate Flavors Currently Available

70% Single Origin Ecuadorian Dark

A simple elegant dark chocolate ganache with beautiful floral notes. The smooth, velvety texture makes this an all around go-to piece to eat.

Apple Blossom

Brown butter caramel and a roasted apple ganache delightfully combine to create a quintessential chocolate to ring in spring in the Wenatchee Valley.

Banoffee Pie**

This is a play on the classic British pie, even using digestive biscuits for the bottom. Dark caramel, caramelized banana white chocolate ganache, digestive biscuit bottom. **Contains gluten

Cafe Latte

A maple vegan "butter" ganache made with vegan brown chocolate is layered with a dark chocolate coffee layer.

Calamansi Pie**

This is a play on the classic Key Lime, but using Calamansi, a citrus native to the Philippines that is a hybrid of kumquat and most likely mandarin. I love the tartness the calamansi brings to this piece. Calamansi white chocolate ganache, graham cracker bottom. **Contains gluten

Coconut Cream**

This is a play on the coconut cream pie, very similar to the classic, coconut anglaise white chocolate ganache, toasted coconut & shortbread cookie bottom. **Contains gluten

Dark Salty Caramelicious

Fleur de sel is blended into a luscious caramel that will be impossible to resist. In a dark shell for all you dark chocolate lovers out there.

Divine Lime

Zest up your spring with the Divine Lime. White chocolate ganache is infused with lime for that perfect sweet/tangy combo.

Foster the Banana

Yeti's take on the classic Bananas Foster dessert. A perfect combination of banana, dark brown sugar, and white chocolate.

Ginger Dogg

"Rolling down the street, sippin' on ginger juice." That is what you'll want to do after enjoying the rich dark chocolate and fresh ginger taste of this sumptuous treat.

Milk Salty Caramelicious

Calling all caramel addicts! This is a fleur de sel caramel in a milk chocolate shell. The perfect balance of sweet and salty.

Minty Fresh

This fresh mint dark chocolate ganache has infused coconut milk with mint as well as fresh mint blended in for a refreshing but not overpowering mint flavor.

Mississippi Mud**

An ode to the southern pie, but with a twist, I added coffee to one of the layers to make it similar to a Dairy Queen blizzard I used to get in my youth. Dark chocolate coffee & dark milk chocolate chocolate liqueur, Oreo cookie bottom. **Contains gluten

Peanut Butter Cup

House made peanut butter cup filling in a dark chocolate shell.  Simple. Elegant. Delicious.

Praline Caramel Crunch

A luscious caramel with hints of hazelnut atop a crunchy layer of delicate wafers, hazelnuts, milk chocolate and hazelnut gianduja. Scrumptious.

Raspberry Lime

Raspberry jelly is layered with a lime ganache made with vegan white chocolate, fresh lime juice & zest.

Rocky Road

An elevated take on a classic dessert. Vanilla bean scratch marshmallows and toasted almonds are folded into a silky smooth milk chocolate ganache. A childhood favorite never tasted so good!

Smith 'n Wesson

The perfect chocolate for the coffee lover in your life. One layer white chocolate coffee, one layer milk chocolate espresso. 

Smoked Rosemary

This coconut milk caramel is infused with fresh rosemary and finished with an alder smoked sea salt. Sweet, salty, earthy, what more could you want?!?

Ube**

This is a play on the southern Sweet Potato Pie, but using Ube, a purple yam that also hails from the Philippines. I added a hint of pumpkin spice to give it that warm flavor you expect from a classic sweet potato pie. Ube white chocolate ganache and a shortbread cookie bottom. **Contains gluten

Basil Vanilla Balsamic Caramel

Blackberry jelly is layered with a Creme Fraiche white chocolate ganache. The perfect piece for spring!

Bleeding Heart

This Hibiscus caramel is as dramatic on the inside as it is on the outside with its deep red color! Hibiscus flowers are steeped into coconut milk to create a sweet floral unique tasting experience.

This coconut milk caramel is elevated with the addition of bourbon whiskey, then layered with candied pecans mixed with dark chocolate. Delish!

Cherry Pistachio

Dark chocolate and dried montmorency cherries are rolled into balls, dipped in dark chocolate and rolled in ground pistachios. Ambrosial comes to mind when thinking about these chocolates.

Prepare to be transported to your childhood with this tasty piece. A cinnamon caramel is layered with a Cinnamon Toast Crunch infused dark chocolate ganache that is layered with a Cinnamon Toast Crunch crunchy bottom. Deliciousness in a bite! **contains gluten

Creme Brûlée

A creamy custard-like ganache is paired with a burnt sugar caramel to create that dreamy dessert in bite size.

Dark Chocolate Orange

Dark chocolate, orange oil and coconut oil all combine to create that chocolate and orange experience you crave!

Double Down Raspberry

Raspberry jelly layered with a dark chocolate raspberry ganache

Dulce de Leche Cream

My take on a Cadbury Creme egg! Scratch-made marshmallow fluff is mixed with a scratch-made dulce de leche and piped into the eggs. An elevated take on a classic easter flavor.

Equal Rights

A guava tajin pate de fruit. A sweet, tart, salty and mildly spicy flavor explosion in your mouth.

Figjammin'

House made fig jam is paired with D'Olivo Mission Fig Balsamic in a milk chocolate ganache.  An elevated choice to a Fig Newton.

Gingerbread

Milk chocolate, molasses and gingerbread spices combine to create a chocolate delicious enough to make the gingerbread man jealous.

Hazelnut Gianduja

Hazelnut paste and milk chocolate are blended to create a creamy ganache

The Ferrero Rocher of the Yeti Chocolates world. Hazelnut gianduja & milk chocolate ganache rolled in ground hazelnuts. Heavenly!

Lavender Vanilla Caramel

Culinary lavender & vanilla bean are infused into a rich delicious fluid coconut milk caramel, encased in a dark chocolate shell.

Lilikoi (pronounced "lily"-"coy")

"Lilikoi" is Hawaiian for passionfruit, and it was in Hawaii where I fell in love with passionfruit for the first time. The delightfully tart flavor of passionfruit is paired with white chocolate to create a mouth-watering experience that will keep you coming back for more.

London Fog

Cozy up to a fire with this chocolate based on the classic tea drink. Earl grey tea is paired with white chocolate and Madagascar vanilla beans to transport you to England, just in time for high tea.

Fluffer-nutter sandwiches are a standard fall staple, so why not re-create it in a chocolate? In house marshmallow fluff is layered with our take on a peanut butter cup filling.  The only thing missing is toasted bread!

O Canada

Flavors of maple and pecan come together in a luscious caramel that would make our neighbors to the north proud!
