Want to learn how to make chocolate truffles? Come out to the Yeti Chocolate workshop in Rock Island to take a basic chocolate truffle making class. Class will include how to melt chocolate in the microwave, how to make a basic dark chocolate ganache demo, and a hands on rolling and dipping 3 chocolate truffles that you get to take home with you at the end of class (if they last that long!).

Bring an apron, some comfy shoes and an eagerness to learn more about chocolate!

Class is limited to 10 and the cost is $35, which includes all materials and supplies.
